Is management aware of slaps made by the SEC on questionable trading in SNDK shares and/or options? 3. Has Fidelity management exerted any pressure on business decisions made by SNDK? 4. Does SNDK have any idea who is providing the financial backing for Lexar Media? 5. When do employee options get priced? re-priced? 6. Who is SmartDisk and why is SNDK investing in them? 7. Why does the crowd at 3COM/Palm/HandSpring avoid using the SNDK products?
