Doug, I'm still expecting ACTL to offer a stock trade to the remaining shareholders at some point in the future. I'm sure they have a number in mind. But, it wouldn't surprise me to see a jump to $20/share with the small float and this may be the real reason ACTL is buying GATE. They see it as an asset and bargaining power to get what they need from GATE.
