Really nice attempt at a stalking-law type suit. Luckily those are criminal suits, and you will be laughed out of their offices. And, if you get through that with convincing lawyers, the total and complete record retrieval from SI and YHOO will completely and totally prove that I have NEVER threatened you, that I have ALWAYS maintained a "I simply want to have a discussion - which is the POINT of these boards" discussion with you , and your totally frivolous lawsuit will be grounds for me to file a slander and defamation suit against you the likes of which you can only imagine. If Tim flew from Hong Kong to Honolulu, and I mean really flew from one to the other, why won't he give this Ivan guy the flight numbers? We're all smart people, we can do time conversion and flight time gathering - since the advent of the internet anyway. If Tim just gives us, his faithful friends this data, we can then shut this Ivan person up FOR GOOD!!!! Give me the flight data Tim. I will leave the thread in peace if you simply articulate how you could post in Hong Kong at 01:52, October 2nd, and then in at 07:29, October 2nd in Honolulu (even though you've told us you;re not in Honolulu and that would ADD TIME to the problem, I will grant you that time). And nobody start that date line stuff. It is totally possible to have left Hong Kong on Oct 2 and arrived in Honolulu on Oct 2. That's a matter of good airline choices. It's just that the only carrier I found was United and they landed around 08:15 that morning. I guess Tim logged in from the plane? Again. Flight data, I concede public defeat. No flight data, then free thinkers THINK!!
