Paper Chase..

You say that panic selling in the overall market and a sharp one day drop - those days are gone..

However, the market still moves in three stages within each wave cycle.. Greed, Fear, Panic..

So, you are saying people have levitated beyond panic selling? Maybe they only think they have, since there hasn't been any for so long..

Careful when believing in the NEW PARADYM - It's always the same old Emporer in new clothes!

You are wrong about what most people are thinking or that they are at all ...

Everyone now is so focused on sentiment. I think you aptly summed up what most people are thinking --

"Many people are expecting a big market correction this month and that is precisely why the market rallied and will continue to rally all this week. The market usually does the opposite of the broad concensus expectation."

That's what everyone is thinking -- you are talking to a few diehards here -- in no way representantive of the overall market sentiment. Sentiment is bullish ... talk to the man in the street. Everyone still thinks they are going to make 25 - 30% a year -- just had to get through this little correction -- all corrections are little -- everyone knows that.

You enjoy, PC.
