Good find. So much for Ga Bard's DD as ORXX themselves have now confirmed it was insider selling and thus Ga Bard was wrong all along... Insiders sold. Public float went from under 1 million to 18 million. Original investors in shell that Orex backed into had majority of shares. Stock originally got shorted and than 3 month lock up came due, and the insiders bailed hard. Warren thoght they were loyal shareholders and would not sell. They are the ones who originally raised money to take Orex public. ragingbull.com Recall Ga Bard was quoting all those DTC reports as "proof" there were no big sellers: See the insider seller is BS nothing in the reports piont to that, and the convertible is out so now they will try to say the unissued 504. What... they are grabbing at straws ... Besides I was told the SEC has inquired already before I got in at .47. Guess they saw the ame thing I did ... NO evidence of anything ... AGAIN WHERE IS WHERE IS THE DUMP SHARES!!! There was only 1.6 M on the DTC when I bought in and then 3.2M late and now as of 8-20-99 there is only 4M ... so where are the dumped Shares.
