I'm so glad you respammed that post Francoise, let's go through them, shall we.
#1 ZiaSun is a scam."
They claimed that the whole corporation was a scam. A company with no offices, no staff, etc. That didn't work for long. They were proved totally WRONG.
I don't remember this. In fact I remember specifically pointing out that there was a business here in my town that had a building, real employees, real product etc. and yet it was all just a scam to allow the main guys to make money selling stock. I believe the same here.
#2 "Officers of the company are crooks."
They couldn't make that stick. They were WRONG.
I believe that Auric posted something about Tobin having a run-in with the law, and clearly stated it was a rumor he had heard and would like for Tobin to clear it up, which of course he never did.
I believe the ZSUN management has probably been referred to as crooks. A crook to me is someone that steals, and it doesn't have to be at gunpoint, instead they could steal by putting out false PR's and bogus financials to sucker people into investing in their company. This is 100% obviously the case. Anyone that checks that ol cash flow statement will see there are times when they added numbers where they should have subtracted. They just slung it together to get it out there to sucker in as many lemmings as they could. Hey someone had to buy all their free-trading shares.
#3 We can't intimidate you, so we'll threaten your family".
Messages mentioning the wives and children of officers of the company were posted in threatening tones. That didn't work either. These threats were reported to the authorities. Whichever basher thought that was a good tactic was WRONG.
This says "officers" plural, I only know of one, unless of course you count Cragun's wife, but then since she was a company officer I doubt that would count. I don't believe anyone took this serious or even as a threat of any kind. Apparently Tobin didn't think too much of it since he did not have it removed, the poster himself removed it.
#4 ZiaSun will never sue us because they are afraid of the discovery process if the case goes to court."
ZiaSun filed two lawsuits, proving this theory absolutely WRONG.
Well the last I heard, and it's been a few days, ZSUN was not in any hurry to answer FWEB's questions, and they haven't even gotten that far with us. In fact I think that a company spokesman said they were willing to drop the suit if apologized to. Sorry, ain't happenin.
#5 ZSUN will be delisted by the SEC any day now.
It never happened. The bashers were again WRONG.
So far this is true, but the glaring discrepancies in the 10SB, compared to what ZSUN had previously claimed in PR's gives the best chance for this yet, imo.
6th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun will never publish its audited accounts for 1998."
The company published these audited accounts on its website. Again, the bashers were WRONG.
Were we? After all, so far they have published two different versions of their 98 numbers and actually if you try to make the numbers in the PR's match either of these you'll have a tough time, so who knows if we have the real 98 numbers or not.
7th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun will never issue its 10-SB to become a fully reporting company and move up to the Nasdaq."
ZiaSun filed its 10-SB in September, proving the bashers again to be completely WRONG.
Again, who wouldn't believe it would never come when ZSUN had LIED time and again to people about when it was coming. From April to late August, nothing but false claims from ZSUN. You'd have to have been a fool to believe anything they said at that point.
#8 "The 10-SB is full of mistakes."
They scoured the document, took a few cheap shots, but soon stopped when they obviously realized that yet again they were WRONG.
Uh, could this poor lil tout that said this be more wrong. The 10SB is absolutely chock full of typo's, ommisions, and out and out errors. It's not quite as slung together as the first "audited finacials" or Asia4Sale, but it's real close. It certainly doesn't look like anything that's been worked on since March(gonna be out in April, HA) The best part of the 10SB is it helps prove so much of what ZSUN claimed in the past was false. This idea that we have stopped perusing the 10SB will be proved wrong in time.
#9 "There will be a massive dumping of ZSUN stock in early October when large blocks of stock belonging to insiders become unrestricted."
I'm convinced that this will not happen. It's my opinion that these lying, cowardly, low-life will, once again, be proved WRONG.
Like I said, I was wrong about this. If I had known that so much of the companies shares had been held free to trade by insiders I would have never said so. Good ol 10SB and Francoise combined to help me and others see the light that insiders were freely selling all along.
#10 "We could be wrong about the dumping, maybe there was a conspiracy to dump the stock earlier though offshore holding companies."
It might make good fictional reading. The bashers' track record says it all .... again they will, in my opinion, be proved WRONG.
Again, the tout that wrote that must be blinded by the light of truth. It's obvious from what ZSUN posted to the SEC that insiders bailed on shares. The only weird conspiracy theory part comes from the touts posting threatening post back and forth insinuating that insiders were getting out. Word was also out on the street back a month or two back that insiders were shopping size. That's when the stock had already begun to turn down and it really accelerated at that point.
All in all Francoise, your tout friend(who some think is you posting to yourself) has come up with a bunch of hot air.
Maybe for number 11 and 12 toutsan can adress the two different sets of financials, and the plausible reasons for why the Momentum guys got such a small stake in ZSUN even though it was a reverse merger where they brought in everything.
