When you do digest fully the GMST news, if you and NY Stew would be so kind, please enlighten us to any possible adjustments on your thoughts of GMST's future (Both in the short term and long term).

Also, could you expound a bit more on the following statement:

Now that the TV Guide acquisition is announced, the Gem is clearly a gorilla of interactive program guides. But the real deal is the revenue that will come from ecommerce and advertising. In the end, the merged TV Guide will be a gorilla that controls a royalty game -- commerce on the IPG portal.

The last statement seems contradictory in GG terms
