Sprint is going to WCOM. Just announced.

"Some analysts had predicted MCI WorldCom would triumph, in part because the transaction gives Chief Executive Bernard Ebbers what investors say he needs most, a nationwide wireless network as customers demand packages of phone services."

Agreed, a lot of it is subjective.

I hear a lot of criticism of Sprint, but I and the rest of our company use Sprint heavily, especially during peak hours, and I can say the service is very good. I think I have a good enough statistical sample to say that Sprint's service in Manhattan (New York City) is good. Everything else I say about other services is hearsay, not statistically significant.

Its a good point. I think ATT is single handedly killing NOKIA's image. I cant tell you how many people tell me how lousey their 6160 is. I dont bother explaining to them that ATT is the real problem.
