Each night I scan various Indexes and the charts with in the indexes. One Index chart that is of particular interest to me is the American Stock Exchange Pharmaceutical Index. This index has been in a downtrend since 8/26. Over the last three trading days the Index has made a series of higher highs and higher lows. The Index has rallied nearly 6.25% since the low of 9/29. This rally has brought the Pharmaceutical Index to an area of Minor Price Resistance and to Resistance in the form of the 40 Day Simple Moving Average. I would expect to see some weakness in this index tomorrow based upon this pattern if the Index goes below the low it establishes during the first 15 minutes of the trading day. I will provide a list of drug and healthcare related stocks which are of interest to me tomorrow.These would be shorts either below today's low or the 30 minute low established in tomorrows trading. Bausch & Lomb (BOL) Abbott Laboratories (ABT) This is based upon the stock showing no strength what-so-ever during the sector rally.
