It is looking very good for AMD to be able to produce 2.5 to 4 million .18 Aluminum Athlons at Austin for Q1 that will carry ASPs of well over $200. AMD will not be running out of money any time soon.

AMD does not need Dresden until Q3 of 2000 (when willamette is in production). As long as Dresden is on line by then, AMD are will do fine and make money.
