Bill, I think that there is a 20% chance that Easy Al will boost the rates today. My 'speculation' comes from the following: 1. BoE 'surprise' rate hike last month. 2. The surprise announcement by European central bank on gold sales. I think the central banks are trying to regain some of the lost credibility. Don't you believe that US Feds will not join the camp? Especially after such a bad rap they are getting worldwide lately?
