This report can be subscribed for at www.killen.com From the Killen Report: BofA Enters New E-Bill Deals (From Electronic Banker) September 27, 1999-Bank of America today announced that it will present on its website bills from the corporate customers of both billserv.com and Output Technology Solutions. BofA so far presents only credit card bills on its website. These vendors, who render billers' information into a form suitable for Web presentment, will broaden the type of bills BofA presents. The bank is also working with Just In Time Solutions, and expects additional biller service providers to funnel bills to its website, where it has presented bills since last March. Billserv has 10 biller-customers, none of which are yet live, a spokesperson [said] today. Output Technology has six biller customers, according to a spokesperson, who didn't know how many were live. Output, traditionally a publisher of print bills, now provides electronic bills through its YourAccounts.com division. The first billserv biller is expected to go live mid-October, the spokesperson for the firm added. Central Hudson serves a population of more than 623,000 throughout an eight-county area in New York State? Following a pilot implementation phase scheduled to begin immediately, billserv's EBPP system will create new bill presentment and payment options for Central Hudson customers. Currently, Central Hudson customers pay their utility bills online directly from the Central Hudson website.
