You'd need one ISP that allowed multiple e-mail accounts. Several are allowing up to five now, some only two but will allow more for an extra charge.

True dedicated 2B ISDN is faster than most people think, it's pretty much a straight 128K connection that doesn't have to contend with all the modem polling inherent to dial-up accounts. There's also dial-up ISDN but it too ends up being polled. If I recall a full 2B ISDN line can easily serve a dozen users at a much faster speed than a dozen individual POTS dial-ups.

Sounds to me like you need to build a den with a lock on the door and stay there until they all get through college. :-)
