Stock price continued to weaken AFTER Sept stock sale.

Check your data again.

The September sale was made apparently on September 22nd, at which point it hadn't dropped below 5 in several weeks. Then last week AFTER the sale, it dropped below 5.

I don't see a meaningful correlation with the monthly stock sales and stock sell-offs. But there is almost a perfect correlation with known recent events involving CC, and stock sell-offs. The stock dropped below 5 for eleven straight days after negotiations with Valence fell through in August. And the stock dropped down in a straight line following the conversion of 40% of the preferred shares by CC announced on September 15; at least until today.

Couple that with the same market maker sitting on the ask for a month, and one would have to be almost a complete idiot not to see that CC is selling shares.

Today, CC didn't show up, until the price rise started getting out of control... read my posts today. And even then they couldn't keep the closing bid from not counting in the current conversion price.
