Not surprised at your reaction. I cannot speak for the bondholders. I can only speak for myself and my experience in this as a minority shareholder who has been deceived and seen stock of a company with a future decimated by this proposed unnecessary bankruptcy.

As you are aware the final decision does not lie with you, with Citicorp, with Koo, or with Robert UTne.

The final decision is with the honorable judge. It is good that she is choosing to take her time and hear all parties.

It does not come as a surprise that Citicorp supports the bankruptcy. It would be naive to think otherwise. As a major source of dollars for LGE what else would they do. They are a large bank with a vested interest in this.

As you are aware it is the common stockholders of America and of the rest of the world who will loose on this if this bankruptcy is approved without consideration for the common stockholders interest.

A bunch of crock. I think not.
