They'd better stay home! They didn't do any good it Somalia, and they are overstretched already by Bosnia+Kosovo, and nobody in Germany knows what they should do there, and for how long. OTOH the Bishop (Eno?) and laureate from Eastern Timor has been here for a week heavily campaigning for help. I'm sure he thinks of NGO money and plus maybe something like government economic help program. German catholic church has the biggest budget in the world, the budget of the Cologne diocesan is higher than the Vatican's (also they are biggest single contributor to Vatican finance). Regards MNI.
