I sold a few shares for under a dollar, so you have plenty of company for your losses.

In the future, if you hold shares in a company that has a class action suit filed against it due to some irregularities, it is in your interest to join. The settlement may be insignificant or there may be a few dollars that you can recoup. The settlement with CAWS is somewhat complex, depending on when you bought and sold it, but the settlement ranges from $3.20 a share to a few cents a share.

I actually thought there would be some discussion of it on this once active thread, but it seems that everyone has moved on.
