Reserse split is an awful thing for shareholders. It should be voted down. The stock will likely tank after a RS as over 90% of them do. It is foolish, shortsighted, and a cheat of the shareholders. Let them get the price up by making some money. Let them spend some of the money they have to buy back shares and retire them. That is the only honest way to reduce the shares.
