Frank, I hate to spring this on you, but your wife was seen putting an ad in the local newspaper for the availability of colo cages in your basement. You may be losing economic control of your facilities (not your faculties, of course). On a serious note, there is an article entitled "BIG LANDLORDS ARE JOINING THE TELECOM FRAY" on the first page of the "Marketplace" Section on page B-1 of today's Wall Street Journal. As expected and in agreement with many of our discussions of the recent past, it deals with major property owners starting to concentrate on telecommunications as an additional income item for their properties.
