I am still here but with no self serving "optimist" to counter act I am am pretty quiet. Wouldn't it be a hoot if ABMI recovered. I only need a 10 bagger to break even. Best to ya, daaan

ABMI POSTS MORE BAD NEWS! ANOTHER EQUITY FINANCING! Well let's see - that's more dilution for existing shareholders. Of course Rash forgot to put the real deal in his puff piece so we don't know yet how much more effort it will take to make our shares worth anything. And let's see, who got the finders fee if there was one - was it an insider?? And if they only had 50 million shares authorized, where are the shares coming from? Are they going to ask shareholders to ratify Board authorization of some ridiculous number of shares. That's my guess. Well as I said before when they have the shareholders meeting a whole group of us WILL be in attendance. My guess is that it will be during the holiday period and not in Texas, once again. It doesn't matter. We'll be there and our questions are ready, only now there are a few more.
