Richard - Actually, the warrants can no longer be called -- not until there have been 20 consecutive days with the stock closing over 6.75. The recent price dip to 5 and below had that beneficial side effect: it eliminated the possibility of a warrant call for at least a month, which would give you almost 2 months to sell or redeem assuming they were called the first chance available -- and we all know that a lot can happen in 2 months. More importantly, with the $20 MM they recently raised from Rose Glen, and given the fact that they didn't call the warrants over the three months where they had the right to do it, the likelihood of a warrant call now must be relatively small. The Ashton Board said at the annual meeting that there is no present intention to call the warrants, which is, of course, always subject to change (but not until they are callable). In short, if you are bullish, the warrants are looking mighty tempting right now.
