Following yesterday's earnings report, BancBoston Robertson Stephens analyst Dan Niles upgrades to a "buy" from a "long term accumulate" and raises FY00 estimate to $4.25 from $4.00; sets a target of $100 by year-end and $200 for the cycle peak in late 2001/early 2002.
