Hi Folks! Just got in-- Great Day! -- I received this from MMU president Boulay re. your query, Ray: You wrote:I sure hope that was not a miss print. Not to throw cold water on anyones PPs. If that were supposed to be .467 or 4.667 g/tonne things would be a little less interesting than 46.67. You know what I mean! From Rick Boulay: =============================================== Re: thread comments: Loring has been around for at least forty years. Very reputable. They do lots of gold work and have a big coal laboratory where they test all sorts of things for the big western coal companies. Good point! However it is not a missprint - its forty six point six seven grams.... triple checked. Actually, the fire assay with the AA finish was 47,700 ppb or 47.7 grams. However, at that high a gold content the AA finish is lacking in accurary so the sample material was re-assayed with a gravimetric finish to yield the 46.67 gm number. You can post this is you want to. Rick =============================================== --------------- -There ya go! No error there. Also, re. Marum as a company: IMHO, Marum Resources has always shown to be reputable and honestly and skillfully managed, offering plenty of broad information for the public to pore over. I am constantly impressed by their professionalism, their candour, and their forthrightness. This is a company whose management has been making all the right decisions in this area play, from initial ground staking and all the way along. I like it! - - - - - - - - Lots more in that NR today too, kids... For ex.,marumresources.com ..The August program was successful in three respects. It validated the structural targeting method as an efficient way to locate mineralization, it re-affirmed the diamond potential of the area by the collection of many samples with large amounts of magmatic mineral crystals and it generated a new discovery consisting of the first encounter with gold mineralization in the volcaniclastic rocks of the Chinchaga area. ...Both crews were mandated to search for volcanic or volcaniclastic outcrops along fault systems, to seek out sulphide-rich zones and to take additional samples for gold. Both crews succeeded in all respects and collected numerous samples that have just arrived from the field.. etc., etc. Cheers, -j :>
