Jeffrey, MAT's core business is worth much more than the current price, but now IMHO the market is justifiably discounting down the stock massively due to the presence of management that has now proven itself to be more incompetent than its loudest detractors had believed possible. "How do you give an incompetent person a small business? You give them a big business and wait!" The question remains whether the board will make the changes that need to be made immediately. The sooner a competent management team steps in to clean up the mess, the better.
