Actually you remember wrong, Reagan was known for reading a great deal. I remember that it was reported that Clinton actually naps more than Reagan did. We do know that Clinton doesn't hold Cabinet meetings or news conferences with any frequency. Last year Clinton held two Cabinet meetings; the first to lie to his Cabinet so they could go out and lie for him, and the second to apologize for lying to them.

What is understandable is that Reagan probably did more things of substance in one month than most people, including esteemed book reviewers, can manage in their lifetimes.

I suppose those Clinton "naps" could be cover for something else. Horse play?
