Aus, since SNDK has not mentioned in any release to the public the source of funds for its acquisition, we have no way of knowing if it was cash on hand, cash from sale of new stock, cash in the form of stock issued to the company being acquired, or bank credit. I'm assuming SNDK will fill in the details when it announces the latest quarter results, or perhaps sooner. The company during the past year has done a very good job of managing its cash flow. In fact, compared with many high tech companies, including companies with a much longer track record, the handling of these funds has been nothing short of exemplary.
