Business Editors/Technology Writers

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 1999--Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC BB:IHTL) subsidiary, Xtreme Telemetry Systems, Inc., has named Yuriy Kotlyar to head up the software development program to complete the Company's proprietary data acquisition software technology that forms the core of Xtreme's Telemetry's mechanical, biological and environmental applications in the world of sports.
Yuriy Kotlyar was instrumental in engineering CBS's (NYSE: CBS) revolutionary new animation department and designed software and hardware systems for Warner Bros. broadcast production and editing facilities. He has also developed software and hardware solutions for data acquisition systems for SONY USA (NYSE: SNE) and FOX TV.
Colin Beasley, Executive Vice President/Technical Operations for Xtreme Telemetry Systems said, "Yuriy is creating the software core of the X/T System, which we expect to be ready within 90 days. With the tremendous interest we have already among a number of major sports venues worldwide, the X/T System promises to be in wide use in the year 2000."
Xtreme Telemetry Systems' new X/T broadcast sports information systems provide critical "real time" telemetry data on an athlete's physical performance (heart rate, body temperature, respiration, stress levels, and more), equipment or vehicle performance, plus important environmental data displayed on-screen for audiences on network television, cable, and the Internet. The viewer is able to see an incredible stream of information that truly makes the event come alive, and provides a unique on-screen "billboard" that can be used to feature promotional messages and sponsor's logos. Xtreme is aggressively developing strategic alliances and joint ventures with key corporate players and broadcast networks like ESPN/ABC (NYSE:DIS), Fox and Turner Broadcasting (NYSE: TWX).
The Company is also creating a worldwide Internet sports network; Sports Entertainment Network One.Com (www.sen1.com), which is billed as "the total Internet sports experience," providing virtual real time participation for internet users in sporting events, user-friendly on-line games, e-commerce and face-to-face audio and video chat rooms. Valu-net Corporation of Toronto, Canada, is working with IHTL to develop and market this new virtual, real-time sports network on the World Wide Web.
