elmatador, That seems like an excellent strategy internationally in dealing with the cash strapped service provider start-ups. Since growth is much higher outside of the US, it would appear that it will be a race to lock up accounts for all of the equipment providers. Providing financing will be a major part of the sales effort. This seems to be one area that LU and NT have been criticized for in the past as their balance sheets look more convoluted than CSCO's. As CSCO extends itself further into the telco business, I would expect similar accounting issues to appear. This is not a negative, but rather a symptom of doing business both internationally and in the telco environment.

Any thoughts?
