Hi Jordan,
Thanks for the reply. You did miss my point (I think), I may or may not understand it, it doesn't matter (just don't underestimate me too much): I'm already a shareholder (and I'll be buying some more in the next couple of days). I just do not think potential investors do. Too many press releases, too much different things going on at the same time, change of direction. I'm sorry, but if you're a person looking to invest some money, happen to stumble across ECNC, look through the press releases or at the site, I just think it is too much. An same-as-cash is a great name, but might not be explanatory enough.
Maybe I'm wrong here, but I believe that one very important element for a start-up company is FOCUS. Focus on what you want to achieve and get everybody (investors, clients) to understand that. Just use a couple of simple words to explain that and engrave it for everybody to see.
This is what we are going to do, this is how we are going to achieve it, and this is what it make us.

I have seen (and worked for) a lot of start-ups: lack of focus kills.

Sorry for feeling strongly about this, but what I'm seeing now is confusing. Considering I'm not too stupid, I do spend a bit of time to keep up-to-date with ECNC, I pretty sure other people must be even more confused.

btw, saw FM's message on RB he's not posting anymore, that's a darn shame. Like his honest view (good or bad).

FWIW.

Mario.

Hi Jorj.,

It is my expectation that management will be turning the tables on these differences soon more in favor of reduced float and increased revenues....that will help our price greatly.

A reduced float would be great. Any ideas how ECNC plans to do that?

Take care.
