Good news (IMO)
Going from a exploration Co. to producer is a huge step for Holmer. This deal beats trying to do it alone. Imagine having to raise capital to build a mine. 60% of a mine with no capital outlay beats 100% of a patch of land. I wouldn't be surprised if they come up with a deal for the Cuban property as well.

Does this mean this deal depends on another feasibilty study if so lets hope its a little quicker than the Cuba one. :-)
