Firenze, ...Can any of you pharmacists tell me if Cenestin is being fully reimbursed by the major PBMs and MCOs? I hear that Premarin is still the preferred drug on most formularies and that Cenestin actually has a higher copayment than Premarin. If this is the case, how does this information shape up.... Don't know (no rx's yet) probably (people don't like change) I would assume so since Censetin is a brand name not a generic (although so is Premarin) This is just one pharmacist's view, I would like to hear from others (maybe in urban areas I'm in the country..seacoast of NH) Robert
