I second that emotion that trading more than two stocks is impossible especially when you have an inefficient trading platform like I do and MSN Investor crashes your Internet Explorer every time you try to access news.

Any news that E-Trade might be moving to a more direct platform. $4.95 trades would certainly bring down the premium that direct entry brokers feel they can charge.
