Steve, I received the same info today from a director of TOMmy. It doesn't look like it's going to be an issue. The fact that the principal shareholders/insiders live in Hong Kong probably helps.

P.S. Tomsr (re: no trades)... hang in there. Graphically speaking, we may be sitting on an inflection point. All we need is a little news to generate some momentum. It'll come.
