I guess moves should be made on the 19th if one were going to make a move. Wait until the 20th and you'll get caught in another "sell on the news" phenom that has been the modus operandi this year.

Of course - "Who am I to offer advice?" - I should have made a move last July 16 and taken advantage of the run-up before they announced on July 20 before the bell.
