Previewing the expected performance and external design highlights of the K8 at the Microprocessor Forum, almost 2 years before the forecast introduction, does not look very stealthy to me. It looks a lot like drum beating designed to get maximum exposure. There is no problem with this business practice. But there is a big problem with the warped thinking that finds this action "stealthy".
