If they have the right sensor technology and the right fuel cell technology then it is only a matter of time until they are picked off by a Merril or a Goldman. At this price they are in danger of losing the entire package to a hostile bidder, and how hard would it be for someone to pick up the 5 million shares in the float, and immediatley gain the majority voting power? To me, this is their only danger, but something that is a real possibility going forward; especially is and when their sales crank up, and there isn;t a subsequent rise in the stock price; that even would make them even more attractive, in my opinion.
