If you do get though ask him about the CSSI deal: NAPLES, Fla., Sep 22, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- REII (OTC BB: REIC) has entered into an agreement to purchase Computer Sales and Services Inc., a Rochester N.Y. based computer hardware and software company. A company for a combination of cash and stock totaling $750,000.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty thousand dollars). The Company plans to finance the acquisition with the proceeds of a planned regulation D-505 stock offering. Did they issue the stock? How many shares? And do those shares affect the $1.80 price? Did they finish the deal? Rickett's clamied this was a prerequisite of the $8 million offer although he conveniently left it out of the original PR........
