there is inflation everywhere except I think in average salaries.. somebody had mentioned that a lot of salary increases are hidden because they don't count stock options- it is wages -- not utilities,extra bank charges,extra phone charges,supermarket food,newspapers,health insurance premiums,stock prices,vet bills,movie tickets,cable rates,oil within reason,blah blah blah
