Dumb question to anyone:

Why is FON trading at 58 3/4 if they are being aquired for $76 per share?

I know about risk arbitrage but usually the aquired company would only trade a couple of bucks under buyout price, like $73 or $74.

Is FON a screaming buy here?

Long: DISH day high, Long AMTD, 70% in cash (that's not really that exact since if DISH goes up I'm holding longer (hopefully) so I'm really 80% in cash in trading account). I'm satisfied. I got my YHOO profits and the chips and HLIT and SNDK. holding RHAT and NTOP short. #9 had one heck of a trading range today, but most of the up was before the FOMC, then came the down part.
