Yes, I have had that list brought to my attention today also, here's hoping for a filing but as it appears to sit this second, its a "fail" on the SEC report card sent home with little Johnny. Golly, I remember getting a ZERO once in Drama, managed to squeeze a 7 in front of it, parents signed it got rid of 7 returned it to school and still made it to University. LOL. I view it as a warning still time to have it removed, I guess the ball has been thrown to DIGG management. I hear rumors that the paperwork is close to be finished. I think the uncertainty in potential investors minds is probably hurting the volume, but hey the price is up............. and no one is bailing. Things should work out in DIGGland.
