Look at REIC They are being bought out $1.80 a share trading at 0.6 or so

REII Inc. Accepts Offer in Principle From Claremont Holdings Ltd.
NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 1999--REII Inc. (OTC BB:REIC), a
Naples based firm, has agreed in principle to accept the tender offer
proposed by Claremont Holdings Ltd., a private investment company, to
purchase all the outstanding shares.

The terms of the deal were $8 million or $1.80 per share. No other terms
of the agreement were disclosed.
