The news release you refer to is as follows onald reports Firelight Corporation has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, against Carroll Media Inc., Alpine Pictures Inc. and certain officers, directors and employees of those companies. The lawsuit alleges that Carroll Media Inc., which was to sell, market and distribute Firelight's Accumaster system on a worldwide basis, entered into an alliance with Firelight by way of fraudulent claims and promises. The actions of the defendants caused Firelight to postpone the worldwide launch of its Accumaster golf teaching system. The lawsuit claims actual damages of not less than $25-million, punitive damages and costs of the suit. Firelight is now able to actively proceed with the marketing of the Accumaster by taking advantage of a number of marketing opportunities that are now available to the company. This now allows Firelight management to confirm other participants in rolling out their infomercials.Our sources say they are in process of finalizing agreements and that a number of NR's should be coming in the coming few weeks.Expect the stock to rise rapidly as there is a small float and the potential is enormous. Buying started today and while .50-.60 could be short term hurdle a rapid rise to $1.00 prior to start of infomercials is certainly possible.
