3 trading days before IPO week and there is still no sign of a run up. Maybe next Tuesday will bring a little life and hope for the shareholders. Looks like the MALL and DBCC IPO-type playing days are over. Maybe you can expect a small run to $12, but no more.

SpearFish_SD on RB is just trying to explain away a fundamental weakness in the stock. His logic is pretty flawed; if the roadshow generates interest in NETR, then naturally NAVR would be added in. Figuring that NETR is offering what, 2-3 million shares for sale? Not every VC/broker/investor who is interested can get in on the IPO. Hence, your other option is to buy NAVR which is gonna own 48% of the new company. Naturally, people should be looking into buying NAVR.

However, looking is not the same as buying. One possibility is that the lookers took a look at NAVR, saw a questionable/incompetent management, and an overdone business model (basically just distributing music-like 2 million other firms don't do it already). The lookers saw NAVR, didn't like it, and didn't buy it. Hence the low volume and interest in NAVR.

Of course, maybe the stealth roadshow hasn't hit the right people yet.

At any rate, this stock will drop like a stone regardless on IPO day. Dumping at the last run up to $12 was the right thing to do; hope the rest of you, especially the call options holders, don't lose too much.
