Is that because of the "mandate" issue? I bailed out of that state in 96, but I understand Rowland is popular and he is getting through most of what he wants. Maybe in this case its unusual, I don't know...

I am reminded that in 1860 Lincoln won with 39% of the vote. The 61% majority was divided among Stephen Douglas, John Breckenridge, and John Bell. Some would say that was a disaster! LOL
