Well I didn't know a down grade was coming but the chart just lined up perfectly on the short term, mid term and long term cycles. The down grade may be for as I said earlier this weekend in the feedback I am getting from the IT companies I follow. Y2K prep work is taking up more of this quarters revenue percentage wise than at any time the last year or so. it isn't that they are getting more jobs, but that the new non Y2K work is not coming in as companies are either spent out or afraid to mess with thier compliant systems ahead of the non-event <g>

I think the IT sector will be a great investment later after they all get slammed and then base.

Be careful in this market, all is not as it seems, the Advance decline is horrible and the dollar and bond are in treacherous waters. I don't know what will happen short term but we could get a real ugly decline market wide if earnings and Max Pain of the OEX ( currently around 692 ) can't hold it up. Fundamentals are getting worse not better for the market as a whole but technically we are in middle ground. I am watching closely and going flat until it tips it's hand.

Good Luck,

Lee
