CNQR--as is often the case, the best piece is from Dow Jones.

An excerpt:

<<In a conference call with analysts Tuesday, Concur attributed the delays in closing certain transactions to issues affecting its potential customers, as well as a lengthening sales cycle, said U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray analyst Mark Verbeck....

BancBoston Robertson Stephens & Co. analyst Jon Ekoniak said Concur was distracted in the quarter by a recent acquisition, at a crucial time when Concur needs to pay attention to selling its core technology....

Nevertheless, Concur hasn't lost its deals to competitors and still has the potential to retain them, Ekoniak said.>>
