I'd be crazy not to buy more of it on a 20% pull back from its high after the litigation (this suit anyway) disappears, the roadblock joins the hometeam --- and I have a ten year time horizon.

exactly the way i read it. your last sentence is key to me.
i got some more shares and put them away for a long time.
after trying gemstar at my son's house, i plan to buy a tv with gemstar today. my son, his wife, and my two teen-age grandsons love it. the boys are quite computer literate and took to gemstar intuitively. my little consumer marketing test reaffirmed a lot.

I came back to say I was wrong about GMST. It's been a much stronger stock than I presumed it would be. Congrats to those who purchased when it dipped.
