Jim I'm new to this thread and interested in laser correction for myself. Until I started reading this thread I didn't know there was differences between laser procedures since the newspaper ads all say laser correction and then leave it at that. To get me up to speed could you give me a bit of a basic overview. I'm curious about what you folks are talking about with "cutting a flap"? How does the lasik process work and how does the PRK process work? Are they the only two processes? Pros and cons of processes. If there is another post already explaining this or a web site you could just refer me to those. Thanks
