Good post from Raging Bull:To: None Tuesday, 5 Oct 1999 at 5:44 PM EDT Post # of 11859 I'm wondering if any of you actually read the NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING filed on Sept 28th. It states the reason for the late filing of the Form 10-K and Form 10-KSB is because they have recently purchased an internet company (Goprofit.com)and now they are responsible for including their financials in the 10-K too. This has nothing to do with DDEQ being unable to report! They are simply taking some extra time to get the records of the two (2) new companies up to par. Here's the link.
