The annual report states outright that they are heavily dependent on the insurance industry - something like 87% of replacement parts go to insurance repairs.

State Farm has suspended using replacement parts. Will other insurers do the same hoping to stem any loses they may have in litigation?

I'm not buying any more right now.

If the verdict is overturned on appeal within a year with no other insurers making a move in the meantime, we may come out smelling like roses.

On the other hand...
